OK LJ land.....

I need some help, I need a cheapish 1 bed flat in Bristol for 3 months, needs to be less than 1K/mon and nearish M4/M5 Junction.

PS anyone know what Bristol is like at all?

Bristol is not bad at all. And nearby Bath is also nice for a wander.
The Park st and Clifton areas of Bristol are nicest, and there is a cool park with a camera obscura, a rock slide and cave tunnels that lead out to the gorge overlooking the suspension bridge.

Are you after your own place or possible sharing a house? I know a few old uni people who are still in the area who may have a spare room...though I suppose it would be a coincidence if the timing etc matched up. They make make good drinking partners though!

Ah also I hear that Lyssa's cake ended up at your house? Is it still there - the board it is on is part of Andy's desk!

Don't drive into the city whatever you do...it's a nightmare!

Before picking up Jon and Laurence from the train station (which is impossible to find) we got stuck in a messy queue into the city for about an hour, for no reason and no chance of escape. That really pissed us off, so we had a pint and left with a pretty bad impression!
