Secondly, the introduction made me tear up. My friend Neil Bickford was a charter member of the chorus. He died in 1983, with the entire chorus singing at his funeral.
It takes me back. Folks ask, Neil how did you afford to see "Dreamgirls" six times in 1982 or How did you afford seven shows in six days on your first trip to NYC in 1981. Look at the ticket prices!
