Still find it bizarre. Sometimes I can't manage to comprehend that it happened.

Christ, it has been two years, hasn't it? That piece his son wrote actually got me all misty-eyed (note: I'm a huge sap for dead-parent shit that isn't in a fandom), it was tragically sincere and beautiful.

I knowww. Especially the small part when he was talking about their relationship together, and how it took awhile to get there but they finally did...getting teary-eyed in the computer lab.

I think it's because these people realize they ARE the customers in these stories. Everyone rents movies, and we know what the percentage is of stupid to smart renters are. It's not a good percentage.

Do you mind if I add you as a friend? You seem really nice and cool. And we obviously get eachother as far as video work goes. =P

Haha that definitely makes sense. Probably all of the people who were saying, "That's not a suck at all!" are the ones who are guilty of doing it. I remember making a post years ago, back when I worked at my first store, about annoying things customers would do, and a lot of commenters were trying to justify their actions instead of understanding where I was coming from. I'm not sure I've posted since then.

Sure, I'll add you back :) I haven't been posting much lately, but if I ever need to vent, I know someone will understand :)

I don't know why I kept trying after the first time I got deleted and banned... that time Squigglz was being queen mod and was upset that I put a postive story at the end of one of my posts! She didn't even give me the chance to change it. It literally just said thank you to the regular customer who called me before the end of my shift to tell me that S.Darko sucked ass while he was drunk. It was one of the best events of my life. He is an awesome customer. haha.

Anyways, I'm adding ya. And just so you know, I'm not that trollish ever. First time I ever did that... I was just sick of dealing with their crap and wanted to piss some people off. A bit immature really, but apparently it worked because I'm still getting comment notifications and I have been featured in c_s_snark AND sf_drama.

A lot of the people in that comm are definitely a little too high-and-mighty for my taste; most of the time I don't even read the comments to posts because I'm tired of people saying, "Oh that's not a suck." It's like, you weren't there and this person was, and if they want to vent that something sucky happened, let them. That's the purpose of the community! Getting all self-righteous doesn't make it any fun.
