oh hay guys, haven't been on ages
and I feel pretty bad that I hardly /ever/ comment on anyones journals anymore, been so incredibly ridiculously busy, most of it I blame for the job I've been working at for about 3 months now (for those I haven't told, it's a small video game production company)

Hummus eh? I can't say I really enjoy the taste, then again I haven't really had it on something really, just like a piece of pita bread...
Y'know I think I really will start writing what I eat down, then maybe I'll be more aware

If you're really, really serious about wanting to keep track, http://www.fitday.com is a wonderful tool. It gives you all the nutrition info for the foods you enter into your tracking report, plus how many calories doing certain things will burn. It's not exact, but still helps.
