leah, as long as you have your close and loving friends and family things will be ok. no matter how blind you get as long as you can see the love that is present in your life you will never be blind. put things in perspective children all over are going blind because of the tsunami yet you are living comfortably in scarsdale and always have the availabilty of a seeing eye dog or you can afford laser surgery! So dont lose hope my angel,
