I love the "...for DUMMIES" book series. They're really well-written and are actually helpful, and seriously know what they're talking about. (Unlike the "Complete Idiot's Guide" books, which are pretty shady.) Well, I stumbled across a copy of "Sleep Disorders for Dummies", read it in about an hour, and damn, a lot of things make more sense now ( Read more... )

Sleep disorders are the disorders in sleep pattern. Sleep is a complex neurological state. Its primary function is rest and restoring the body's energy levels.
