• Tried and failed to nap, because I kept having interesting creative thoughts, first about work and then about ceramics. Dang it, brain. I eventually had to get up and write them down before I forgot them, so that was the end of that.

Now that I have been taking more baths again, I miss LUSH all the more. I know I can handle SOME perfumes now but LUSH was one of the first I lost and it brought on such sharp symptoms that I'm not willing to experiment yet.

Maybe I will have a series of post-menopausal baths soon enough, and then overshoot and die and have to self medicate at home (plus they are a UTI/IC risk, which I have been having MORE of w my hormones changing).
