Summer is too hot
I wilt like overripe grapes
Don't make wine from me

I'm sorry it's cold but at least you can put on a sweater. I've had a hot office all week and it's pretty miserable, I can tell you! You can't think, you can't work and everyone's tempers go a litter kerfluey.

I've tried not to whine about it all week. Especially because I know there are some people that respond with "Oh! Well, I'm right near the A/C and it's great here!" instead of "Sorry to hear that, hope it gets better."

And then I'd have to kill them.

The funniest thing, I think, is that I can sort of understand what it must have been like before the advent of climate control. It really makes it clear why people took time off during the summer. They really, really didn't want to be at the office when it was that hot!
