 i have finally finished reading harry potter 7.
i don't know what to say, i have mixed feelings and some confusion.

how did draco malfoy ever own the elder wand?

Yep. Since he "disarmed" Dumbledore earlier on, he became the wand's master for a little bit.

remind me when draco malfoy "disarmed" dumbledore? (what book/scene was it?)

It was in the sixth book, right before Snape killed Dumbledore. Malfoy cast a disarming spell on him, and thus, the loyalties of the wand changed. You might want to go back to the sixth book to double check this, though. It's been a while since I've read it.
