Brief party-hopping

Much enjoyed our brief foray to N London and motodraconis's house for an afternoon party, with added unusual bonus of having a go at a bit of VR! Just a drawing program rather than exploring yer actual virtual worlds or anything but interesting and good fun. There were nice touches like being able to turn your virtual brush into a wand dispensing snowflakes,

A is doing drumming and keyboard in her music classes and seems keener on the keyboard right now. But there was a school concert before the end of term and she played a piece on bongos and another on keyboard, both went well :-)

I love the picture of A in the VR headset, it looks so massive on her!
It's cool to see how easily they picked it up, it'll be normal for them in a few years time. Boggling stuff.
