This summer, i have had several attacks of severe migraine rendering me uncapable of working in the office. So, yesterday, after having a prolonged and worse attack of, i went to see the doctor. Here are the findings and my comments on it:

Causes of my migraine:
Smoking - i will not quit
Alcohol - i will not quit
Caffeine - once a day won't hurt..

frames are cheap if your going for the vintage/indie/emo/black plastic rimmed glasses. i bought mine years ago sa i2i, i dont think they sell it anymore. it would really depend on what frames you like. levi's has good plastic rimmed frames (as well as benetton and all those big name brands), but they dont come cheap. the normal wire rimmed frames would be a good option too. sa lens naman u got an option of regular, scratch proof and multicoated (this is the most expensive kind, its scratch proof, glare free, uv-protective and wouldnt reflect if you have your picture taken with glasses -- if youre that vain haha). the multicoated kind should set you back around 1-1.5k. the frames would range from 500 - 4000 pesosesoses.

hmmm..i can try the indie look, although, i'm not sure. basta, i'm going to scout around and look for one that gonna make me look good on it.

Tsaka i estimated around a good 3-4K over eye glasses. Ayoko kasi ng plastic lenses eh, so sa tingin ko mahal talaga. we'll see. I'm not to excited about it. tsaka, it's not a major priority for me. So, ok lang muna magka migraine ako for the meantime...well, until i save enough money to get me a nice one.
