Yes, the BBC, in all it's wisdom, showed the first half of this season last autumn and then showed us the socond half (6/7 episodes) now. It made it hard to get back into the series but I still loved this episode.
(And just to chip in with my theory, I reckon the 11th Doctor is actually his 12th incarnation because that regeneration fits between 8&9 and he was responsible for Gallifrey's destruction, hence not the Doctor. As he was wearing a coat very similar to 9 I am taking this as evidence of my theory.) I am of course prepared to be completely wrong :)

I actually didn't register him saying Valeyard at the time, that would definitely be a very exciting prospect. :)
