It would be interesting to count how many people say "sorry" and how many say nothing at all. How will you keep tabs on things discreetly?

We will have a third person near by watching and taking notes. I am wondering how many people say "no" and how many people say "I don't have a cell phone" and also what kinds of people say what. Are men more likely to say no than women, or is there an age divide.
