I signed up for my Basic Motorcycle Riding Course today and it starts at 8 am tomorrow. I will have one eight hour class this Friday and another one next Friday, then I will be ready to get my motorcycle license and if I wanted to I could buy a motorcycle. I am thrilled and terrified. I am utterly blown away by Oklahoma today. They passed legislation today that protects doctors if they choose to lie to a pregnant woman about the health of her baby. The point of this would be to prevent women from aborting babies that have birth defects. The fact that a doctor is protected for lying to anyone about anything is terrifying. I ( Read more... )

I am still really enjoying gardening on my deck outside my apartment. I had been worried that I wouldn't do well at it, that I would neglect my little seedlings and that they wouldn't flourish.
