Well my friends in the wake of the enlightening and alarming post made by the LJ PTB, I am seriously considering making the full time move to GreatestJournal. I have serious reservations about any company that would do business in this fashion. I find the idea that they've done this; not based on legal or humanitarian concern for underage customers ( Read more... )

I understand your reasoning. With all the stuff happening in fandom at the moment it feels like we have to constantly be walking on eggshells. Not a good feeling.

I've been keeping my GJ up to date and using it as a sort of 'shadow' of my LJ. Just in case for some reason I need to just delete my LJ or I get shut down for some reason.

Never hurts to be prepared. *g*

I plan to keep this journal to talk to people that are staying here. I'll need it to reply to posts especially as many are locking their journals now. However I won't be posting any of my work here any longer. That will all be going to GJ instead. I'll see how things pan out here for a few months then re-evaluate.

But I've got you in both journals so yay! Btw you are an absolutely brillllllllllllliant writer? Have I mentioned that lately? I re-read your stories all the time. Good stuff it is!

Aw, thank you. I haven't written much lately so it's nice to know someone still remembers that I do! :) *hugs*

I'm absolutely positive that you are the REASON there is more than one writer posting their work today. You and continue to be an important writer and I'll sock anyone that says differently in the nose! ((Yes, I'm feeling all fesity lately lol)) You're not just a writer, you're a LEGACY!
