Yes, I read "Savage" on your recommendation and because I love Jack the Ripper. To be honest, I didn't really enjoy the book too much. The story was interesting, but to me it focused too much on the main character and not enough on the Ripper. Plus when it did come to the Ripper he seemed clumsy and kinda stupid, not a sophisticated killer. Sorry Harlene, as I know he is your favorite (please don't hate me!).
I did read "The 3rd Jesus," which I really enjoyed but I forgot he wrote a story based on his life too. Thank you for reminding me; I love Chopra's books.

Thanks for the link on fb. I didn't realize he'd written so many books (or that he had passed away). Some of them look really interesting; I will keep note of the list, thank you. Yes, I read that that wasn't his best. It's like Anne Rice - I love some of her books but others were just 'meh' for me. So I will definitely keep open about reading his others especially since we both tend to share common taste in books!
