Guerrilla Activities

I've been tossing around the thought of guerrilla gardening on one or more of the three vacant lots within a block of our house. One has just recently been mowed/cleared and has a huge stack of old tires making an eyesore of itself on the front of it. I was thinking of stacking them 2-3 high and using them as planters for something. Tomato
