I was amused by how rough it looks in person. It doesn't exactly scream "major motion picture."
Can't wait for the sequel!

I totally recognized scruffy's pink dress as cinderella's first dress. :D

Looks like you guys had a blast! I went to see it at an advance screening back in november. How did you like it?

It was good! There were a lot of songs in it, and the music was catchy. I liked the voice acting, especially the villain and the prince. And the story had some very touching moments. Bring tissues!

I loved it. I thought it was a shining example of what disney films used to be.

I made the dress out of silk charmeuse. She helped.

I LOLed so hard. But yes, ugh, I agree. Charmeuse is a pain to work with. I hate hate hate it.

I saw Pocahontas at the park once, but I was quite young. She doesn't show up anymore?

My impression is that some of the princesses get more face-time than others. Cinderella, Belle, Ariel are seen more frequently than Pocahontas and Mulan, for example. I could be wrong, but that's my impression.

I first saw a pic of the dress on Facebook and I was like, "Hmm, that looks a lot like Cinderella's pink dress!"
It looks amazing!
I wish I could have gone to this--I would love to see inside the studio.

(And I totally geeked out about the Tron helmet! akdkdallfa ♥)

It was pretty fun! We got to do more stuff than I had originally expected when we first got the tickets.
