Hey everyone.  Well it's official... my last year of swimming is not happening.  I screwed up my knee. My ligament tore away from my bone.  I have to go see an orthopedic surgeon on Thursday to see if I'm gonna get a cast, or if he is gonna operate....  This sux!!!!  My last year of swimming.  It's supposed to take about 1 to 2 months to recover.
