Ahh, leagues are in 4 hours....I am so nervous!!  My knee is bothering me.... This is it for me, it's all or nothing.  I'm going for 1:05.98 in the 100 backstroke, and our 200 medley relay is trying to break the 1:58.5, our record at school.  I'm scared shitless....wish me luck!!!
