Will is now here! He came yesterday and will be living with me til August while he goes to Circle. We went out to dinner with his dad and David last night. I made reservations at Ruby Foo's uptown and they still have me listed as a host from Times Square in the reservation system, so we got rockstar treatment. I went to the Stephanie J. Block concert at Birdland, which was really fabulous. She was so funny and friendly, and just has an amazing voice and knows how to laugh at herself. She wrote a song about her life/career (kind of like David's song from his recital, lol). So funny. She talked about how she wanted to be a princess at Disneyland but ended ( Read more... )

I went to Central Park Zoo for the first time today with Joseph. We saw penguins (!!!) and sealions and went to the petting zoo and puppet shows. I decided I wanna do the kids shows here cuz they're cute and short and you get to sing! I took a lot of pics, which will be on Facebook. Joseph and his mom went on a cruise so I have this whole week off, then I only have 3 days left with working for them. I am going to miss Joseph so much, but I am probably going to see him a lot because David is taking over to babysit him part time over the summer. I went to the Rufus Wainwright sings Judy Garland concert at Carnegie Hall. It was awesome. My favorite part was "The Trolley Song". I really must be a gay man. And he also did a duet with Lorna Luft. That was pretty cool too ( Read more... )

This has been an interesting week. David arrived on Saturday and has stayed with me all week while waiting to move into his apartment. We went to Chumley's and Duplex for my bday, along with Bonne, Jon, Casey and my uncle Chip, and later Gillian. Fun times there. So apparently its my 22nd birthday. Doesn't really feel like it yet. I drank a Corona at 11:55 last night and reminisced with David to commemorate my last moments as a 21 year old. Its been a good first 22 years lets hope the next 22 are even better.
