Refile? I thought all of these were appeals. They should be retroactive to the first filing date if successful.

When I kicked my advocate out - who said she didn't think I had a strong case - the lawyer I got said things would go faster if I refiled instead of appealing. I had a "duh" moment and went with what he said. So its as of Nov 2010.
