Oh no, is LJ being attacked again?

I noticed over the weekend that I had problems sometimes commenting or bringing up cuts. Then I realized there had been a LOT fewer posts than normal on Sunday (one of the groups I follow post recipes on Sundays). Now LJ has a small banner warning that pops up when you post a subject.
