Wow. The interesting part is:

Firstly, I'd object if her fee was waived because she had a fit. In the US she'd have been carted away by security, and still have to pay the $100 rebooking fee.

And....I'd throw a rant like that at going to LA when my flight was originally to San Francisco. it's like an 8 hour drive....
