Question for the workout folks

So I have been hitting the cardio and weights for a couple of weeks now and I am still having the joint stiffness and occaisonal pain. Whats the best supplement that I can get to work on that?

Get a HIGH quality Fish Oil. It can have anti-inflammatory properties.
Glucosamine is another great one..but if I had 2 choose. I would pick the first.

I was told emergen-c has everything in it to replenish things you burn off during exercise.
