Bacteria guy

Contacted the bacteria article man...and he emailed back and it kinda went back and forth! He's really nice and willing to put up with all of my stupid questions since I don't know much biology beyond what we did in high school. But as for how the bacteria might be able to be detected by chemicals, he said that he'd conducted an experiment that I ( Read more... )

So long as you can tell me what your physics spiels mean, I can explain the chemistry. Just show me what he told you. Actually, Jirou, you could probably just set up a bacteria culture yourself and just leave it in the bio department's incubator.

If you do go to England to see that experiment, bring me with you!

I'll forward you the mails, then! And we can look over it during a lunch or a break or something, so I can explain the physics stuff. Anytime you aren't too busy.

And that's a good idea! I'll do that and ask them :D

Of course I'm taking you if I get to go! You're my chemistry translator. I'll pay for us both~

Awesome! Are you free on Monday? I can come over during lunch to clarify the information.

Yes! You should ask him when he's next available to demonstrate it, like, now!

because I really don't want to help my boss with our next project.

Let me know when you want to fly to England. You can stay at my house there...as long as the experiments are limited to the lab.

Glad to see you are well back on track, Jirou.

Really, Kei-kun? Thanks, you're the best :D Don't worry, all bacteria will be in a lab!

And yeah, I am too. I don't like being kinda useless.

You are never useless to me.

I will hold you to that. Have a good time in England, don't let Gakuto drag you to too many pubs while you are there.

And yep, I won't! Got lots of work to do! I'll be there from the 8th to the 16th if that's okay with Gakkun.

If you needed to know about biology, you might have contacted your friendly local astrobiologist.

I am occasionally required to come up for air, as irritating as it might be.

Oh, but air's good for you. All work and no play makes Kashi-kun a textbook and not a human.
