Anyone know how to downgrade a paypal account? I accidentally upgraded mine, and I certainly don't want to have them skimming off everytime I get money for a privilege I use so rarely I've never come close to topping it out.

I know these guys are assholes, but I don't want to have to call them and play mean.

So, we have an issue at work. Unauthorized use of our garbage cans. People dump shit in them, and take stuff out. If we put a lock on it, it's only a few weeks before it gets cut.
