Really?!?!? XD I would've understood it better if Zack were the original design. D: Although I believe I read somewhere that Cloud originally had black spiky hair (pretty much like Zack), but Nomura wanted Cloud to stand out more, so he made him blonde. :D
Btw, do you know if Datablitz still sells FF7 for the PC? I'm increasingly having the urge to play it again while I plow my way through CC. D:
Oooo, interesting. Does it say if they already designed Sephiroth at that point? Because having Angeal's appearance as Cloud's initial design makes sense if that's the case. They wanted a protagonist that was totally the opposite of Sephiroth, right? So, manly Angeal would've been the exact opposite of uber-pretty Sephiroth. XD
