nanowrimo- national novel writing month
well i got this idea for a story about pirates and a captian and crew that kinda borders along the same lines of one piece but not really. I dont really know where I want to head with it but what can ya do with just the start of an idea. so here we go! let the novel begin

basically you put in Lj-cut in < > and you put /lj-cut in between them after the thing you want to have hidden behind it like the little link you see when you click on it that reveals more of someone's journal entry or pictures or what have you.
I oft use them when i am having a bad day and posting depressing stuff or angry things so people do not have to read if they do not wish to. i guess it is also considered polite to put long entries behind a cut so as to let people have even lazier lives so they do not have to scroll as far down a page cause holding a button or thumbing a scroll wheel is insanely hard work. or so it is on the jetsons.
but yeah you put the first tag of lj-cut between the <> right before that which you wish to hide and then put /lj-cut after what you want to hide (of course between the <>) you can have stuff before and after it ( ... )
