well, I had my company party saturday night. as i am well aware most people know, at least the ones I talk to elswhere do. I had a date for my party too. The same girl from the two posts Here and Here. And if any of you think its a mistake too bad :P, its not like I have tons of women beating down my door to go out with me. anyway, before I get to

It was the kind of event that while horrible at the time....may be a funny anecdote in the future..really it does have promise. As far as how the girl felt about the eveing...well clearly she thought the food and the band were as rotten as you did...so you do have THAT in commmon. BUt the fact that she asked you (and rather nicely) to take her home and that she appeared to really like your gift to her...shows promise. Try to not over-think the date. I bet you have a little tape in your head and you are re-winding and re-playing the evening over and over and criticizing everything you said or did...(I only think this becoz pretty much everyone has done it) Really, you got to spend time with a girl you at least like a bit...the rest is just hooshmi.(a word one my kids made up to mean...unimportant stuff) And congrats on the TV win!!! Woohoo!

I'm sure the girl loved the teddy and necklace - that was so thoughtful of you and girls love mushy stuff like that! Good for you winning the tv :-)
