Well, as most of you have probably noticed I have been absent extremely long. well I had issues with my pc, it is finally fixed and up and running again, so once I get things caught up I may finally be able to post more pics of my baby boy and other stuff.
I also recently got fired from my job, so it might not take me too long to get all caught up

yep, after 11 years of service to them and 3 years of that as a supervisor they suddenly had a problem with how I was running the shift, despite me running it exactly the same way for the past 3 years. I was doing fine until earlier this year. My wife was pregnant, I was missing work for pregnancy related problems, and then they fired her for missing work for pregnancy related problems. After-wards they fought her unemployment. as soon as she started fighting to get it I started getting in trouble, and when she won it I get wrote up for absences and other issues from then on, I fixed the absence problem and promptly got fired. Kinda odd how all that just suddenly became a problem this year huh? and to top it off they told me I was being fired for "making the same mistakes as the supervisor before me made" he quit on his own, and was also the one they had train me, so why would I think he made mistakes? they then told some people it was because I lied about something and on my separation sheet they wrote that I was fired for "Lack of

Gosh, I'm really sorry John. That's sucks and shouldn't be allowed to happen. Will you be able to challenge them in an employment tribunal or something (dunno if you have them there but they would definitely lose the case here as what they did is against our employment law). Hope you manage to get another job soon. I know you have your mortgage to pay so it's no fun being out of work.

all I can do is talk to a lawyer and see if i=they think its illegal and then sue if so.
