So Mercedes died last month and now Runt is gone. He died just this morning. He was supposed to go the vet today because it looked like there was something wrong with him, he was lethargic, drooled a lot and wouldn't eat. The vet told my mom they wanted to test him for Distemper. He already had been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, so he

I'm so sorry. I still rememeber getting the phone call from my mom about our dog... it hits hard. I'd try to remember that Runt had a wonderful life where he was loved and cared for, and loved in return. I think the test of pets is not the pain of losing them, it's giving them as much joy and as happy a life as one can. ::hug::
