[The camera on the comm device turned on. Minato was in his room, rearranging his bookshelf. Medical and science textbooks along with medical reference resources lined the shelves, a few bookmarks peeking out from the tops of the books. He flipped through one on occasion before replacing it back where he decided it should belong ( Read more... )

Arisato-san, I found some medical books that I've read through. Do you want to look at some of them?

I haven't been able to check that theory either...

Photography? You do that too? [ the only photography Conan's done is taking pictures of corpses and examining photo evidence. But Conan will assume Minato isn't doing that kind of photography ]

I'm not sure if we can. [But it was something to think about and maybe test out later.

Minato nodded, going over to join Conan at the bookshelf now.]

A little. It was the culture club I joined at school. You're interested in it?

[He should've joined Music Club, but oh, well.]

We would have to befriend a person that's the only one from the world, find out a book that
only exists in their world, and wait for them to leave. [ that'll take so much time ]

Not too much. It might come in handy knowing though.

[But it might be worth it.]

That might be something to try later. I should ask how you were during the revolution though. [That was a little more important.]

I think so. A picture I've taken with Minako still exists. She didn't disappear from it.

I was doing fine. I went over to the other side to the Queen's quarters, but I couldn't find anything too interesting...

That's interesting. I wonder if things continue exists because someone remembers it existing. If we all forgot about it, perhaps it would disappear?

You found it? What did it look like?

[Minato could get details from his own mirror, but hadn't had the chance yet. Hearing it from Conan, who was probably much more perceptive, would be useful.]

Mn, that's a good point. I know that I can remember words that others have lost due to events, but that is, if they told it to me beforehand.

It was a room that didn't exist in our side. It looked like a grander version of the default bedrooms here, and it was pretty dark. She had a desk there, but there weren't any documents worth noting I could in there. There were... those items that were taken from some people during the Unbirthday Party left, but other than that it seemed information was cleared out. The item that stood out most were the blue eyes, Alice's eyes, kept in a case.

There was also a door in the back, but I couldn't open it at all. [ and believe me, he tried picking the lock ]

I drew a basic map of it here. [ takes out his notebook and flips it to the page to show Minato ]

Mmhm....

[Minato listened carefully, and took a look at the map that Conan had drawn. He wondered why there wasn't an equivalent room on the real side, but it had to be some kind of magic that Wonderland or the Queen herself had.]

Thank you, Edogawa-kun. I'll have to remember that. But there were eyes? You mean physical eyes from out of a body?

You're welcome.

They looked real enough to me. But it seemed...too clean and in well-shape for it to have been taken out naturally.

Were they preserved in something? But you could tell they were blue.

[Minato wasn't thinking that the eyes were actually... active or alive. They couldn't be, right?]

They...didn't seem to be. I'm not sure. It was clear though. And it... was still moving.

That's a little surprising. I wonder why she had them at all then.

[It was slightly disturbing too.]

[ very disturbing ]

I'm not sure. I wasn't here when the Queen apparently took Alice's eyes.

[Yeah, no kidding.]

If she did that, then that means she could do it to anyone, I would assume.

Theoretically, yeah.... [ the thought of that is ... yeah ]
