Nope. I don't think her paypal is deleted, but her account will be limited. =/ Not really sure myself since paypal didn't tell me exactly how she'll be punished.

This is something that we all fear will happen to us when we are purchasing stuff online. I am sorry that it had to happen to you. I think it is pathetic that she stalks live journal to find prey to steal from! Sorry again, and I'll remember her name in case I want to purchase anything in the future. I hope she gets paid back by getting scammed herself.
