Even a deaf person can enjoy music. Just look at Beethovan by way of example. Keep in mind that all sound is, is vibrations in the air. If you can experience the vibrations in another manner, such as a harmonic vibrating device that you set your hand on, your mind might be still able to percieve most of the music (the lyrics might still be hard to make out though.)
