I've noticed the same thing. I'll try to resist something new for as long as I can, but then I have to at least try it out. I find twittering to be incredibly lazy, but since I am incredibly lazy, it works well for me. On the positive side, I probably could've used 80% fewer words in this reply, and twitter's helping me with that as well.
