I'm sorry. Sometimes a day off can be fabulous for you. It will get better though, don't worry. These things tend to handle themselves when we aren't really looking.

PS: The PSAT doesn't really count for anything except to qualify for National merit...that's not a huge thing to miss out on, so don't worry.
