2008 Dragon*Con Costume Review
I know it's been like a month since we were at Dragon*con, but I thought I'd post this up. Better late than never. lol
HERMIONE GRANGER
I wore this on Friday and Sunday to two Harry Potter shoots and walking around with Janine and Jess.
SNOWBUNNY PADME
I wore this Saturday night. This costume probably got the best response out of all of the ones I wore.
CLASSIC LEIA
I wore this in the parade. It got a good reaction, as always.
RIVER TAM
I wore this costume for most of Saturday afternoon/evening. Most people didn't know who I was but those who did loved the dress. I had one lady ask to look a my hem where the nailheads were. She was like 'I know this is weird..." I thought it was cool though cause it was totally something I would have done!
I wore it to the Firefly/Serenity photoshoot which turned out amazing. We had soooo many people show up, especially considering I put the info up last minute. Next year I will make sure to get the time and place settled (will probably stay where it is) so we can plan pictures better.
WONDER WOMAN
I wore it around Friday night (late night) and also Sunday morning for the Superhero photoshoot. It is one of the most painful costumes I've ever worn, the shoes are horrid. I don't know if I will ever wear it again it hurt so bad.
EWOK LEIA
I love this costume, I really do. I need to wear it more. I wore it to the RL photoshoot, which was so amazing. I love the Rebel Legion. And Matt Hoffman is awesome! That's all I have to say about that.
BELLE
I love this costume too, I just wish people recognized me more. I wore this around for a few hours to the Disney Photoshoot, which I had to leave earlier for because we had to be out of our hotel room. :(
FLEUR DELACOUR
This dress is not my favorite. I look horrid in it, but it was fun to wear. More people knew the costume than I thought they would.
