I didn't make any negative comments about the 90's bands. I said most of them weren't "grunge".. which is true.

This list however...

led zeplin (it's Zeppelin, by the way)
velvet revolver
tool
telsa (assuming you mean Tesla)
taproot
shinedown
mudvayne
ac/dc
audio slave
cold

...are the only good bands you listed. (To prevent arguement, it's based on my opinion, not skill.)

good to see you finally list the GOOD bands we both like. And mad props, I was surprised you also rembered bands like Gwar, and Biohazard! good work, and Gavin Pussdale and Courtney CUNT Love can go get raped by Carrot Top w/ a shovel

also add Neil Young to that 'alternative' 70's. you know... the sound kurt cobain ripped off.
