Can I just say how much I really, truly hate moving? Not just the pain in the arse of finding a new place, but the sorting, packing, movers, unpacking, etc, etc, etc. Not to mention, we really like where we are now.

However, the greedy-man cometh... CT and I have been talking about probably moving when our lease comes up in January, but
