I have all my life always gone to the passport/professional photo place in Holland V Shopping centre. This guy has taken my pictures ever since God knows when! I can't remember the name of the shop, but it's on the 3rd flr (if I remember correctly, it's not Lim's but upstairs from Lim's) of the shopping centre, when you get up the escalator turn right and walk down the dingy corridor, it's the place on the left.

This guy also took my grad photos, and he's also the reason I actually think I look good on my passport, IC, driver's licence, etc, etc...

I always go Lavender.. the SIR building, haha. It isn't some glam shots but the colors come out nicely.. the worst picture ever was at AA, one of those old school photo booths.
Help u take la, how's that? You do your own makeup though.

Oops, I just realised you said "makeover".. this guy is only a photo studio dude. Sorry! Don't know about makeovers. Maybe you can just go to one of those makeup places (MAC, Clinique, etc) and get it professionally done, put on a nice shirt, and go to a photo studio...

Beautybox at Pacific Plaza is meant to be good... I'm trying to think where I read/heard people raving about it but think the feedback was that you look 'natural' and they do digital touchups.
