It’s 4AM. On that same old, squeaky bed, Kibum curls into a ball and he hugs himself. He hugs himself tight, his dirty, long chipped nails digging into his bony arms and he trembles.
He trembles and shivers and cold sweat starts to trickle down his pale, cold skin and dried tears start to fall from his hooded eyes and soundless sobs start to sound from his chapped lips.
He’s insecure and he’s afraid and he’s confused. He wants these images in his head to vanish and disappear and leave him alone.
He hears these faint voices, they’re taunting him, and they’re reaching out to him.
Dark shadows, of shades of purple and bright flashes of yellow and red and blue and the blue’s so fucking striking it blinds him and he feels like he’s being sucked away lifelessly.
They’re screaming at him. They’re smiling at him.
He’s lost.
Get the fuck away. Get the fuck out of my head.
He’s lost.

He thinks of him.
He gets this warm feeling at the pit of his stomach. He feels a hand caressing his sunken cheek. He feels a pair of arms from behind him, engulfing him in a familiar feeling of security and care and concern and love and everything that he doesn’t have right now.
That heat he feels kills the freezing, stops the trembling, destroys the images, and mutes the sounds.
He’s tired.
He closes his eyes and it’s dark. It’s dark and he sees nothing.
He wants to see something, someone. He wants to see him.
He closes his eyes. Its dark.
He closes his eyes. There’s no light.
He closes his eyes.
He closes his eyes.
Dark.
A/N: I'm so sorry, I haven't written in like what 5 months and to be honest, I myself am confused with what I'm writing about hahahahahah. However, there is a reason why this drabble was formatted this way. Can you spot it? ;) I'm just typing and typing and then I'm like 'what the fuck?' ahahaha I apologize if this drabble was confusing and dark and too weird and weird.
