and i've had another occurrance of an annoying habit i 've developed over the years, mistaking the world in my book for the real one. and association fictional characters with real people. so much so sometimes that i convince myself certain people actually did do certain things, good or bad. this is not really good

I definitely forget I am not a character in the books I'm reading. But what book are you talking about? A Room of One's Own? That would be weird. Considering there's only one character, and she doesn't do ANYTHING. It would be hard to mistake her for an actual person.
