10_hurt_comfort Challenge
Okay, if anyone happens to read this and have looked at the joining date of this account, one would notice I joined Livejournal back in 2007, almost four years ago. As for why I've neglected to post even one journal entry between then and now is beyond me, but I suppose it's better late than never.
Beware, I'm prone to rambling, so don't be surprised if this ends up being 20,000-odd words.
I originally made this account as a secondary archive of sorts for my writing. Back in 2007, I was a fourteen-year-old plagued with a mind full of immaturity and a grandiose sense of my writing ability, believing people from all over would worship me for my half-decent knack for stringing words together. Thankfully, a few constructive reviews and knocks to my self-esteem later, I stopped posting my stories anywhere. But like many authors, that itch to write never quite leaves you, and soon enough, you find yourself either putting fingers to keyboard or a pen to paper. In early 2009, my love of writing overwhelmed me once more.
Now, I've decided to pick up a challenge from 10_hurt_comfort with Inuyasha x Sango, one of my OTPs from Inuyasha, as this pairing doesn't have all that many fics. Not to say mine will be of a higher quality than the majority of the fics already there for them, but I'm writing for my own enjoyment, so even if my stories are sub-standard at least I've made an effort.
