I can't tell you how pleased I am that you didn't kill Burt like how Steve died in the book. I wasn't ready to sob my eyes out, but thank you for this awesome story!

Okay, so I'm not familiar with the Last Song, but this was lovely.

I read it a couple of years ago and thought it was a great book, though I'm not a big Nicholas Sparks/romance fan. I definitely recommend it, though I don't really recommend the movie. The book was lovely, and it had me in teas, though I'm not the emotional type. ;)
