so today i had to go interview my friend Beth for a "diversity exposure exercize." beth wanted to go to this place that sells bubble tea. bubble tea? whats that? well i will tell you.

its tea (apparently) with milk (if you so choose) that comes both hot and iced and has little black pearls (made of tapioca) at the bottom. it comes in cups with these

maybe in the city, but not out in the 'burbs where i live. i assume it will be there soon though since bubble tea is asian and the asian food places are popping up like crazy.

i wasnt a big fan of the balls either. i like tapioca, but that was just.. too much.

definatly looks cute though. im gonna try a non-milk one to see if i like that better (im gonna be kind of disapointed if i dont... cuz of the kitchy-ness [can i call bubble tea kitchy?])
