Mirror Mirror
Fun time at Mirror Mirror, despite managing to hit both freezing and sunburned in the same weekend. So glad to see all the cool new players, some of whom I knew coming in, and some of whom were totally new to me but just awesome, had a lot of fantastic interactions with all of them.
- poor Wyvernly's introduction to Sytri. When 'I'm a deathknight' is followed by, 'So are you a human?', no good is going to follow
- A couple different exchanges with Wyv that demonstrated a mutual (but friendly) incomprehension of each other.
- vampire fight Friday night (nice and straightforward - except for the seeing Ramses and being sad part - after Puzzlefail 13)
- random codes over the course of the weekend. I dragged it out whenever I was sitting in an area with good lighting and/or a flat surface.
- poor Drex breaking Omi and making her feel like she was a horrible person (she may have been, in this instance)
- seeing the Grove!
- rescuing a unicorn guardian
- many, many awkward conversations with Sytri and Rissiah. And that banner.
- many awkward conversations about either Sytri, Rissiah, or Kumir
- awesome team. Fun to hang out and RP with, and totally badass in a fight (man, did not think we were getting out of the Asylum)
- being totally thrown under the bus by my team, and thoroughly enjoying it. I was kinda half-asleep after a nap Sat night and without contact lenses, so just sort of standing in the middle of my group for the giant liche fight and trying to concentrate on what we were supposed to be doing in the fight. Suddenly from all around me I hear my name, and when I ask what, am directed to talk to William, who greets me with, "So you're the leader of this group?" That'll wake you up in a hurry. Had a fun time with that. :)
- stumbling over the roots of the World Tree and hearing people curse as the shifting lines closed off paths and caused us to have to backtrack and find another way.
- seeing Rochus claim the throne
- late night chats with Slythe. They're becoming a thing.
- waking up to flute music (and then joining Kumir for some songs)
