Cottington Woods
Bit more of a mixed bag this event, some issues with statting/fights knocked me out of game for a while, but still had fun around that stuff.
- crazy vision in the dreaming (or whatever it's called) with drumming going on in the background, culminating by an attack by a black-winged thing shrieking about wanting someone's skin. (Also, learning team brer + Trev is not a fantastically balanced group.)
- "Yes, I would love to listen to your music... again... No really, it's awesome music."
- Having Trev's name appear on a bizarre list, and explaining to people, "No really, that's not a giant mysterious secret, I can just tell you waht that is about."
- JJ's OCD in high competition with Trevelen's indifference
- coming up with a ridiculous game to summon Lady Luck and Lord Chance
- showing up at a duel at one vitality with no stats and no real hope of winning and stepping into the circle just to try to buy time for other people to show up.
- puzzling out pictographs
- hunting fireflies! For some reason the camp was almost completely empty and still, so it was like I was by myself wandering around in the dark searching for little pinpricks of light.
- having the Hoods make fun of me for going to a fairy market instead of going with them to fight possessed werewolves. Trust me, Trev would have preferred the possessed werewolves!
- hilarious double-hook that I saw coming. :)
