Moving day

Saturday I moved from Pelham to Watertown. I'm now living with JC, who is full of awesome, and have a nice room and space to do my crafting. And I'm 20-25 minutes from work now, which basically means I'm getting back two hours of my day every day, which is sort of fantastic. I can already feel stress levels dropping from being able to sleep

I'm glad everything went so smoothly! Decent commutes to work are so important. I would be ok with an hour+ if it was driving the entire time and not sitting in traffic. In January my work moved 4 miles farther away from my house. That extra 8 miles a day is awful. Funny how much of a difference it can make

Yeah, I've had that situation a few times, where just a couple of miles changing made a HUGE difference in the commute.

I'm generally ok with anything that is under an hour as a general thing, but after labor day my commute when from an hour-ish to an hour 15, hour 25 each way every single day.
