As many of you know, I've been planning on driving for my undergrad universities storm chase class this June. More recently, it's come up that I'll be 24 (not 25 or older) at the time of the chase...which means if the vans are rented, I can't be a driver since the school doesn't want to shell out the extra $ for an "underage" driver. Put in the app for the workshop. Like you said, you can always withdraw.

As far as VORTEX II: F**king figures they'd finally get the funding approved on that NOW... I would kill a guy with his own fingers to have been able to make a project out of that. And to make that the field campaign where I finally got to take part in a field campaign...
